Wendy Cole Lascher is a certified specialist in appellate law (California Board of Legal Specialization), with over 30 years of experience in handling appeals. Ms. Lascher has written and lectured extensively on appellate issues. She is a past president of the California Academy of Appellate Lawyers, past chair of the State Bar Committee on Appellate Courts, and a member of the invitation-only American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.

Alfred Vargas joined Lascher & Lascher in 2003 after several years as a law clerk.  Having previously worked for the County of Ventura as a Family Support Officer with The Ventura County District Attorney's Office, Mr. Vargas lends knowledge and assistance in the areas of collection, criminal law, family  law, and complex litigation.  Mr. Vargas is fluent in Spanish.

Aris E. Karakalos joined Lascher & Lascher in 2006.  Mr. Karakalos is fluent in Greek and Italian and is available for a variety of projects.
